halx 21185 C has a ghost, nameless except only to self. minervus is the planet's dead spire given concept. a concept that no one is cognizant of except the servitors. he doesn't really exist but can still interact with the universe in limited ways, mostly as a forgotten observer. the most interaction that may happen is that some characters may see minervus but none will remember afterwards. often, minervus will travel between the living spires to visit the other planets. he will traverse the planets in a daze, observing a multitude of lanscapes for a varying amount of time (minutes, months, years) before moving onto the next view. stuck in a dissociated state, minervus interacts in a very subdued way, often only staring out at the horizon. it's almost like he stares at the scenery to commit them to memory, creating a connection.

A/N: minervus is my own conglomerate mixture of dd1's schenesal and the concept of madoka. i very much like the idea of existing to observe but not existing at all. being able to know the answer to "if a tree falls, would it make a sound if 'nobody' is there"?
